" The lamb was DELICIOUS! Perfect chops, barbecue grilled and served with homegrown carrots, potatoes, salad and some M&S courgettes. Gosh it tasted fantastic. " Food and cooking are very important to me and I am lucky enough to be able to eat in the finest restaurants as part of my job. The meat from Offley Hoo is first class and thoroughly recommended. The animals are well cared for and the quality of their life is reflected in the quality of the meat. I have had one lamb box and two beef boxes and I have been more than pleased with the products. I think the beef is the best I have ever cooked with and the lamb also is first class, tender and full of flavour. I cannot think of shopping anywhere else for my meat and I am confident that anyone who cares about good food and giving their family and guests the best possible meat will share my enthusiasm for these suppliers."

" We've bought a box of lamb and a box of beef from Offley Hoo Traditional Quality Meat and shared between 6 families. The meat was sensational and my friends who shared the boxes are already asking for more (we only had the beef a week ago!). We won't buy our meat anywhere else in future. We see the sheep and cows daily, on our dog walks and it means so much to see that they are happy animals that are well cared for. Good conditions and care for the animals obviously create fantastic meat! Would recommend it to anyone."

" As I live next to the farm where the cattle and sheep are raised, I know that they live a stress free and healthy life. I see them on a daily basis graizing on lush pasture. All this I feel reflects in the quality of the meat. I have had two boxes of lamb, and a box of the beef from Offley Hoo Farm, it comes jointed and vaccum packed with each pack being clearly labeled. All of my household prefer to source our food locally, and the quality of this meat is second to none. It is the BEST meat I have ever tasted."

" The Beef from Offley Hoo is quite simply, the best I have ever tasted or cooked. So succulent and full of flavour. Another bonus is the lack of shrinkage after cooking. I can happily recommend this meat."
