About Offley Hoo Wiltshire Horn Lamb
We are confident that the lamb we produce is amongst the finest you will ever eat.
Our grassland system is almost organic. The flock graze 600 acres of extensive grassland.
Every animal is expertly selected, hung and butchered to the highest standards. The Wiltshire Horn sheep is an old native breed and is renowned for the quality tenderness and taste of its meat and our customers come back time and time again for this exceptional lamb.
Traceability is second nature to us, we can tell you exactly how each and every animal was bred.
We lamb the flock outdoors in April and May when the grazing is at its best, they really are a free range totally outdoors flock.
How To Order:
Lamb is sold from the end of July right through to April or May. We are currently taking orders for lambs which will be ready very soon.
Our very popular lamb and mint burgers [£5 for 4] are always available at the Kings Walden Farmers Market, and also when we hold special events here at the farm. Please see our events calendar for details.

Wiltshire Horn Lamb is sold on carcass weight in either whole or half boxes and the size varies slightly
A whole lamb box - approx 18 – 23 kg, @£7.00 per kilo.
[Roasting joints available as whole or half legs/shoulders, best end roast, chump and loin chops, neck fillet, mince, liver and kidneys]. This fits into a box measuring 58 x 38 x 15 cm.
Half a lamb box - approx 9 - 12 kg, @£7.50 per kilo.
[Available with the cuts as above but only half the quantity]. This fits into a box measuring 37 x 29.5 x 14.5 cm. Half a lamb fits into a small freezer drawer.
All boxes come with a small bag of bones.
7 days notice will be given to each local customer regarding collection on a named weekday from 4 – 6pm or for those further afield it can be sent via next day delivery in specially insulated and chilled boxes for an additional charge of £18.00. for a whole lamb and £15.00 for a half lamb. |
